Responsibilities

Perform in-depth analysis of clinical and business data to uncover insights, resolve data issues, and implement strategies that enhance data quality and standardization

Partner with business leaders, analysts, and IT teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data is accurate, reliable, and actionable

Create and maintain the clinical data catalog, serving as a trusted resource for data integrity and accessibility

Work closely with system teams to understand data intent, establish lineage, and maintain historical data strategies within the HCA Healthcare Intelligence Net (HIN)

Participate in logical and physical data modeling discussions, contributing to design reviews that support scalable and efficient solutions

Review defects and data quality issues throughout the reporting lifecycle, driving resolutions that improve outcomes

Document domain requirements and collaborate with development teams to deliver accurate, high-performing system specifications

Conduct data profiling and utilize automated tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Use strong technical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, analyze complex issues, and recommend practical, innovative solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree is required

5+ years of experience in relevant data domain and processes analysis is required

Experience in healthcare and information technology is strongly preferred; seeking 5 or more years for relevant experience
