10+ years expJPS Tech Solutions is seeking an ERP Sr. Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of a Global SAP Public Cloud ERP implementation. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Oversee integration of SAP modules with legacy systems and third-party applications
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
Manage ERP Systems Integrator relationships and deliverables
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations
Ensure alignment with PMO standards, governance, and reporting practices
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership and stakeholders
Oversee data migration planning, execution, and validation across legacy and SAP systems
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards during ERP implementation
Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP environment
Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with finance, operations, and IT leadership to align ERP capabilities with strategic business goals
Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
Conduct executive steering committee meetings and provide strategic insights on project health and risks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project management experience, with 7+ years leading SAP ERP implementations
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is required
Experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP projects in a matrixed or global environment
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading an SAP Public Cloud implementation from initiation to completion
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Azure DevOps)
Experience with Agile and traditional waterfall project management methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior relevant professional / consulting experience required
Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours during critical project phases
Preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP certification strongly preferred
