As a Production Engineer, you will own production processes, develop automation solutions, and enhance manufacturing efficiency to support Rangeview's vision of a modern aerospace foundry.

Responsibilities

Review designs for producibility, leading and executing tasks to transition hardware from low-rate initial production to volume production

Research, design, modify, and test production methods and equipment based on a deep understanding of hardware and software requirements

Improve production efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing and planning workflows, optimizing space utilization, and maximizing equipment throughput without compromising quality

Ensure hardware and process quality by establishing standards, designing testing methods, and implementing rate production validation processes

Inform production strategy by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing process information and trends in order to propose solutions for achieving future throughput/cost targets

Support equipment uptime and technician utilization in order to ensure conforming hardware is delivered on schedule

Required

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (ABET accreditation required) or equivalent experience meeting the following: Associate's degree in an engineering discipline and 4+ years of investment casting experience or No degree and 8+ years of investment casting experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization

Experience aggregating and analyzing technical data to make objective, informed decisions

Competent with CAD software

Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
