Responsibilities

Participate in a weeklong program containing educational sessions and hands-on project work

Gain access to an industry-leading trading desk

Engage in a collaborative and challenging real-world learning experience

Receive feedback from seasoned traders on assumptions, mental models, and frameworks

Network with founders, leaders, traders, and other team members

Explore interests in the trading world and consider future full-time employment opportunities
