Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Solution Architect specializing in Pigment to manage, design, and oversee the implementation of Pigment’s planning software for clients. The role involves collaboration with clients, solution design, implementation oversight, and presales activities to deliver high-value solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client goals
Architect scalable and efficient solutions using Pigment’s planning software
Develop system design documentation, including data models, process flows, and integration specifications
Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and client-specific needs
Provide technical and functional guidance to implementation teams
Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Conduct regular reviews of solution performance and address any issues proactively
Partner with sales teams to deliver compelling demonstrations of Pigment’s capabilities tailored to client needs
Develop technical proposals and contribute to RFP responses
Articulate the value of Pigment’s solutions in addressing business challenges
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations
Assist in defining best practice processes and designs for Pigment. Document and present this material both internally and externally
Create internal education materials to enable other consultants to become experts on the Pigment solution
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pigment Architect
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Pigment planning software in diverse business environments
2+ years experience in other planning technologies
Proficiency in Pigment's platform, including data modeling, workflow design, and integration with other systems
Strong understanding of financial planning, demand planning, and other xP&A processes
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
