Director of Donor Engagement
Path United is an organization dedicated to helping children in mobile home park communities thrive through Christ-centered relationships and research-based programming. They are seeking a mission-driven Director of Donor Engagement to build and manage a portfolio of individual donors, expand support base, and enhance the organization’s development capacity.

Responsibilities
Cultivate and steward a portfolio of major donors and prospects
Oversee and grow a viable donor infrastructure - data collection, email segmentation, systemized communication, moves management, and gift processing using CRM
Assist Executive Director in building corporate and foundation pipelines
Oversee and expand Path’s current recurring giving program (Upchurch Society)
Assist Executive Director with the launch and growth of a legacy giving initiative
Assist all Regional Directors in GA and TN with planning signature events, cultivation gatherings, or community engagement opportunities
Occasional travel to Franklin, TN and throughout the greater metro Atlanta area for donor engagement
Partner with the CEO on high-level donor engagement and strategy
Work with the CEO to set annual fundraising goals and ensure alignment with organizational budget and strategic plan
Regular reporting to the CEO and Board on progress toward fundraising goals
Collaborate with the Development Team and future marketing/comm team on compelling donor messaging, appeals, and events
Cross-departmental collaboration with the Program Team to align donor engagement with personal stories of impact
Develop and maintain a compelling case for support rooted in Path United’s '5 Ingredients to Flourishing.'
Ensure timely and meaningful donor communications, impact reports, and acknowledgments
Assess and optimize the donor database; manage data integrity and reporting
Establish performance metrics and dashboards to track and grow revenue streams
Help shape the future development team through hiring and mentorship
Qualification
Required
Passion for Path United's mission, core values and a personal commitment to Christian faith
Minimum 5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with proven results
Experience cultivating major donors and securing 5- and 6-figure gifts
Strong leadership and communication skills; experience working with executive leadership and boards
Strategic thinker and self-starter who can build systems from the ground up
Experience with donor CRMs and analytics-driven decision-making
