Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts including Fixed Assets, Intangibles and Prepaid Expenses

Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve "unnatural" balances and aging items

Manage the accounting for Fixed and Intangible assets across multiple entities, including depreciation/amortization runs, disposals, and impairment-related analysis

Execute intercompany invoicing and expense allocations

Support operational entries for trial devices and sub-seller arrangements

Maintain and extend future amortization schedules, coordinating with business partners to ensure accurate classification of current and long-term assets

Maintain "audit-ready" documentation and support internal control compliance

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors during walkthroughs and testing related to your areas

Actively participate in initiatives to automate accounting workflows and improve the efficiency of the close cycle

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field is required

2–3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or a corporate mid-to-large-scale business environment

Strong foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP or IFRS and the month-end close process

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday or NetSuite) is a plus

Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines

CPA is not required for this role
