Responsibilities

Analyzes customer’s current business functions, legacy solutions, business processes and KPI’s supported

Leads workshops as well as configure and lead customers through detailed playback demonstrations to show current business functions being delivered via cognitive solution

Assess customer’s current extensions and customizations

Demonstrates in configured cognitive solution using customer migration data, to gain alignment and approval to move forward by becoming a trusted advisor on business process and Cognitive Equivalence

Partner closely with TCO and Delivery Factory/Services Sales teams

Required

10+ years of total work experience with 5+ years of experience in supply chain, consulting, advisory or pre-sales roles involving retail planning, logistics and execution platforms

Domain expertise in Retail Planning, WMS or TMS

Deep functional understanding of Blue Yonder on prem solutions and capabilities

Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills

Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences

Experience with SaaS/cloud migrations

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
