Technical Project Manager- Data Platform

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Datamart Migration program, focusing on strategy, planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, and delivery of scalable data capabilities to support business growth.

Responsibilities
Own program management and execution for the IntelDS Next Datamart Migration
Drive portfolio prioritization with management, stakeholders, development leads, and vendors
Serve as the primary interface between the platform team and key stakeholders for scope and project activities
Build budgets for functional areas; develop and maintain project plans (WBS) and required artifacts aligned to PM standards
Manage progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality
Plan, schedule, and track milestones; secure resources and staffing
Monitor, resolve, and escalate tasks, issues, and risks; provide clear, timely communications to leadership and stakeholders
Partner with Architecture to ensure environment readiness
Assess business impact and contribute to ROI discussions; ensure compliance with standard processes and technologies
Establish and enforce change control; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training
Qualification
Required
5+ years of successful program management experience; 7-10 years in Information Technology
Strong knowledge of data platforms and data management; experience in large, global, matrixed organizations
Excellent organization, prioritization, and scheduling skills
Strong communication, writing, facilitation, and presentation abilities
Understanding of application development and full lifecycle activities
Demonstrated leadership behaviors: straightforward, challenge, open, passionate, and execution‑focused
PMI PMP certification (or active plan to obtain); Bachelor's degree
