NEOGOV is seeking a Maintenance Repairman 2 for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) to perform skilled maintenance and repair work. The role involves ensuring safe and attractive facilities by conducting general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and more.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks to the interior and exterior of leased premises

Use a variety of construction and maintenance equipment and tools to complete assigned tasks

Operate maintenance vehicles for transporting equipment, supplies, and materials throughout the region

Required

Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or

Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities

You must possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License

You must meet the PA residency requirement

You must be able to perform essential job functions

You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
