The Well is a fast-growing financial services platform that offers a comprehensive suite of services for financial advisors. They are seeking a Financial Advisor who will build and grow their own book of business, manage client relationships, and deliver integrated advice across various financial domains.

Responsibilities
Build and grow your own book of business (planning-centric)
Own client relationships: discovery, recommendations, ongoing reviews
Deliver integrated advice across investments, retirement, insurance, and tax coordination
Execute consistent business development with coaching and structure
Qualification
Required
Planning-first mindset; willing to do business development
Coachable, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial
Licensing in combinations such as: 65/66, 7 + 66, or 6/63 + 65 (others considered depending on track/state)
2–7 years experience in a client-facing advisory/financial services role (strong outliers considered)
Preferred
CFP or on the CFP path is a plus
Planning-forward advisors, career changers with sales DNA + licensing willingness, and CPAs/EAs interested in adding wealth management
