The role involves collaborating with various creative professionals to craft high-impact presentations and business pitches, requiring a refined design aesthetic and exceptional typography skills.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to create consistent, visually compelling presentation decks using advanced design and typography skills (type layout, copy fitting, and kerning)
Provide a distinct design point of view and deliver multiple creative solutions based on project briefs
Execute various design techniques, including image searches, digital photography, image manipulation, sketching, and hand-mounting for comp work
Develop unique, reusable templates to streamline studio output
Organize and archive all project assets on the studio server according to established guidelines
Maintain a rigorous level of quality control across all deliverables while effectively prioritizing a high-volume workflow
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of presentation software: Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
Familiarity with Google Docs for collaborative workflows
A demonstrated track record of strong layout aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to use industry-standard terminology to accurately convey design concepts and feedback to cross-functional teams
A proactive attitude with the ability to maintain composure under pressure and solve problems through cross-departmental collaboration
Availability for occasional evening and weekend work to meet critical deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred
Previous design and production experience is highly desired
