Lead ArborPro’s integrated sales and marketing strategy
Build and scale a predictable, high-performing sales pipeline
Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, content, and channel strategy
Personally contribute to key deals and strategic accounts
Establish repeatable sales and demand generation processes
Partner directly with the CEO on go-to-market and revenue execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, marketing leadership, or revenue operations
Preferred
Experience selling to municipalities, utilities, or institutional clients
Urban forestry, arboriculture, or landscape services sales experience
