Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner

Support vendor onboarding, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and alignment with Shermco’s procurement policies

Track purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers or internal stakeholders

Partner with internal teams (HR, Operations, Finance) to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively

Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor data for audit readiness and compliance

Assist in monitoring supplier performance, addressing issues, and supporting vendor evaluation

Contribute to cost savings and efficiency improvement initiatives, supporting Shermco’s operational and financial goals

Serve as a point of contact for supplier inquiries regarding order status, invoicing, and payments
