Responsibilities
Manage and organize legal documents across global business activities
Assist with formation and dissolution of domestic and international entities
Maintain corporate minute books and governance records
Coordinate Directors & Officers questionnaires and certifications
Assist with global regulatory and antitrust filings
Handle AML/KYC requests and documentation
Monitor and respond to requests for legal information
Coordinate signatures and manage e-signing processes via DocuSign
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
1–3 years of corporate legal experience (law firm or financial services preferred)
Familiarity with global entity formation
Experience maintaining corporate records and managing transactional documents
Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
