New Grad, Entry LevelPinnacle Site Solutions is looking for a motivated and hardworking Underground Utility Installer to join their growing team. This role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utility systems, playing a critical role in community infrastructure.
Construction
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair underground utility systems (water, sewer, stormwater)
Operate construction equipment including skid steers, excavators, and loaders
Read and follow blueprints, utility maps, and project plans with accuracy
Perform trenching, shorting, and backfilling while adhering to strict safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Inspect tools and equipment for safety and functionality
Work closely with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Identify and troubleshoot problems on-site related to installations and repairs
Qualification
Required
Experience in underground utility installation
Ability to operate construction equipment including skid steers, excavators, and loaders
Ability to read and follow blueprints, utility maps, and project plans with accuracy
Ability to perform trenching, shorting, and backfilling while adhering to strict safety protocols
Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site
Ability to inspect tools and equipment for safety and functionality
Ability to work closely with crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems on-site related to installations and repairs
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly on the job
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and pull 70-100 lbs. for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel locally to job sites
Preferred
Prior experience in underground utility installation
Experience operating heavy equipment
OSHA 10 certification
First Aid/CPR certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish
