Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s internal focus—what matters now vs. later
Prepare briefings, decks, analyses, and talking points for investors, partners, and leadership
Join key meetings, capture action items, and ensure accountability
Serve as a trusted confidant and operator behind the scenes
Work closely with Operations, Accounting, Membership, Marketing, and Development
Own special projects that don’t have a natural home but are critical to the business
Help professionalize systems and processes without slowing the culture
Lead all financial modeling, budgeting, and performance tracking
Assist with investor communications, reporting, and capital planning
Analyze unit economics, membership trends, and strategic opportunities
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of relevant experience in operations, finance, or leadership roles
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High emotional intelligence and discretion
Bias toward action and ownership
Comfort working directly with a founder in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
Strong candidates may come from investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategy roles
High-growth startups or founder-led businesses
Hospitality, real estate development, or luxury/lifestyle brand operations or analyst
