Responsibilities

You will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all building systems
You will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all interior and exterior building finishes
You will review, approve, and obtain managers approval and signature for shop work orders and invoices
You will oversee and develop maintenance shop departmental policies and standard operating procedures
You will insure compliance to department's SOP's

Qualification

Hospital maintenance experienceMechanical systems knowledgeElectrical systems knowledgeSupervisory experienceOrganizational skills

Required

Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Four (4) years of experience in hospital maintenance, operations, mechanical, and electrical systems
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity
