They are seeking a full-time Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional client experiences and manage various front desk operations. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, and assisting with daily operations and content creation for social media.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless, welcoming check-in and check-out experience
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling with accuracy and efficiency
Answer phone calls, texts, and general inquiries with professionalism and care
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk and common areas
Assist with daily operations, including laundry, tea service, and client hospitality
Support basic administrative tasks and internal coordination as needed
Capture moments throughout the day for social media content (stories, short clips, behind-the-scenes)
One designated day per week focused on following the founder and creating content for brand use
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and receptionist experience
Comfortable using scheduling software and managing client data
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanor
Preferred
Previous experience in a spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus
Interest in beauty, wellness, and content creation is strongly preferred
