Responsibilities
Own the client relationship and lead monthly/quarterly calls
Manage projects and assign tasks across content, web, and SEO teams
Review and QA content, landing pages, and marketing deliverables
Ensure client budgets are met, and work stays aligned with client goals
Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams
Identify potential roadblocks and offer solutions, not just escalations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience a plus)
Strong understanding of what makes effective marketing across multiple channels (SEO, content, web, etc.)
Obsessive organization and follow-through
Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
A desire to learn and grow—no “that's not my department” mindset
Team player who takes ownership but collaborates well
Preferred
Account management or project management experience preferred
Bonus : You're a marketer or SEO who enjoys being client-facing and can explain technical concepts clearly
