GREAT PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION is a technology leader and premier online e-commerce retailer platform based in Dallas, Texas. They are seeking a participant for their entry-level Analyst Development Program (ADP) to gain hands-on experience in various analytical and strategic roles within the consumer packaged goods industry.

Responsibilities

Engage in a fluid, ever-changing program that offers exposure to different aspects of our business, including data analytics, project management, strategic planning, fulfillment operations management, and marketing analysis

Work on impactful projects that contribute to Great Product Distributions's growth and operational excellence, such as optimizing our customer journey processes, enhancing customer experiences, and developing data-driven strategies. We have over 6 years of data to leverage that needs to be analyzed to fine-tune our model

Apply statistical analysis to help guide the development of business initiatives. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports

Collaborate with cross-functional team members who may be operating remotely to solve complex business challenges, leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations

Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops, mentorship, and networking events, to enhance your skills and career growth

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong academic record in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, and/or Engineering

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, R, or Python experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work setting and willingness to rotate through different roles to grasp better what can be improved upon and enhance the customer journeys across our various platforms
