Responsibilities
Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning to dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues on pre-owned vehicles
Complete maintenance services including brakes, suspension, steering, engine repairs, and drivability concerns
Ensure vehicles are road-ready, safe, and meet quality expectations prior to sale
Accurately document inspections, repairs, and reconditioning work
Work efficiently to meet recon timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate with service advisors, sales, and management to ensure smooth vehicle flow
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
18 years or older
Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service
Preferred
ASE certification is a plus but not required
Strong willingness to learn and grow
