You will serve as the primary technical lead for our ServiceNow environment, taking ownership of a mature instance previously managed by a multi-person team.

Take ownership of a mature instance previously managed by a multi-person team
Qualification
Required
Functional and technical experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
Proven track record of working independently in complex environments without heavy supervision
Deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and Angular/Service Portal
Strong experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and identify root causes in heavily customized instances
Expert-level knowledge of ITSM and CMDB
Functional and technical experience with IRM (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
The ability to look at existing code and understand why it was written that way without being able to ask the original author
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – IRM or HRSD
ITIL V3/V4 Foundation
