Information Technology Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as performing system administration tasks and providing help desk support to employees.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong technical support skills, including experience providing support for hardware, software, and networking issues
Experience in Information Technology, including knowledge of operating systems, databases, and programming languages
Ability to perform system administration tasks, including server configuration and maintenance
Experience in providing help desk support to employees, including ticket management and escalation procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, Netsuite experience highly desired
IT certification such as CompTIA A+ is a plus
Domestic travel required
