Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of backend services using GoLang
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing systems
Develop APIs and microservices to enable modular and flexible integrations
Containerize applications using Docker and deploy solutions on AWS
Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and security best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 7+ years in GoLang
Strong expertise in system design and architecture for scalable applications
Hands-on experience with MySQL for database design and optimization
Proficiency in Docker for containerization and AWS for cloud deployments
Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture
Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Knowledge of security best practices for application and infrastructure
Preferred
Experience with PHP for legacy system integration
Background in healthcare or payment industry domains
Understanding of HIPAA, PII, and PCI DSS compliance standards
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
