Executive Vice President of Sales
RPI/Blurb is a technology-enabled, data-driven production company transforming how products are created and delivered worldwide. The Sr. Executive Vice President of Sales will lead the global revenue strategy, build unified sales systems, and expand into new markets while building strong partnerships and leading a high-performing sales organization.
Responsibilities
Create and implement global sales strategies across all business units, integrating print and digital channels
Identify and pursue new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities; and in partnership with the US and EU sales teams, drive geographic expansion in North America and Europe
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure strong product market fit
Hire, lead, mentor and scale a high-performing sales organization; establish clear metrics and compensation structures
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, publishers, partners, and creative communities; represent RPI at industry events
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and revenue reporting; implement CRM and sales automation tools for data-driven decisions
Advise the CEO and Board on growth strategy, market trends, commercial risks, and execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with P&L responsibility, in print manufacturing, eCommerce, digital platform, content/publishing, or other technology-enabled environments
Proven success driving multi-channel revenue growth across enterprise, SMB, and consumer markets
Strong expertise in strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, and data-informed sales execution
Demonstrated leadership of distributed, matrixed and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
Deep familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and technology-enabled selling
Outstanding communication, influence, and executive presence
Passion for leading with integrity, curiosity, continuous improvement, and commitment to excellence
