Loczi Design is a high-end interior design firm based in San Francisco, working on residential and select commercial projects throughout California and beyond. They are seeking a Staff Designer to produce construction and design documentation, support multiple projects, and contribute positively to studio culture.

Responsibilities

Produce construction and design documentation, with a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD (floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, sections, and related drawings)

Support multiple projects at once, adjusting priorities as needed

Assist with finish plans, specifications, and material selections

Develop presentation materials, including mood boards, style guides, and layouts

Work in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop are used regularly)

Participate in client meetings, site visits, installations, and photo shoots

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, consultants, and contractors

Contribute positively to studio culture and day-to-day collaboration

Rendering experience, especially photo-realistic rendering, is a strong plus and may impact compensation
