Technician Quality - 3rd shift

The role involves inspecting parts, calibrating CMM, performing product qualification testing, and collecting scrap from the production floor.

Responsibilities

Inspects parts with dimensional results

Calibrates all CMM relative to the calibration program

Performs general gauge repair

Capability studies as needed

Facilitate measurement system analysis

Performs special assignments as delegated

Performs product qualification testing using laboratory equipment

Confirm as needed with secondary measurement system to include functional and hard gauges

Collects scrap from the production floor at the end of the shift

Required

High School Degree or GED required

How to talk to supervisors, set-up operators, machine programmers, and operators when issues arise

Know how to read CMM reports and communicate the results
