They are currently seeking a mid-level Interior Designer to work on down-to-the-studs renovations and new construction, playing a central role in bringing projects to life from concept to installation.

Responsibilities

Play a core role in residential renovations, design and decoration projects from concept to installation

Create and present client-facing design presentations, material palettes and pricing proposals

Manage and implement creation of technical drawings in AutoCAD, including as-builts, space plans, electrical and finish plans, millwork and cabinetry detailing, construction set detailing and specification schedules

Research, source, and specify hard finishes, fixtures, hardware and accessories that create cohesive concept-driven designs

Conduct site visits, implement construction documentation changes and serve as a advocate for the studio’s design intent and client support during onsite during project meetings

Review architectural plans, cabinet shop drawings, window and door orders, etc. to ensure they align with design intent
