Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive HR transformation and change strategy associated with embedding AI into ways of working across the workforce
Identify and oversee implementation of initiatives to redefine behavior expectations, ways of working, and organizational culture in alignment with AI adoption
Lead end-to end program management of HR program enhancements needed to support embedding AI into the workforce, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, role profiles, incentives, and career progression to reflect new AI-driven ways of working
Lead the end-to-end management of HR change programs, ensuring clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables
Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and impact assessments
Ensure effective communication, training, and support mechanisms for impacted employees and managers
Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, identifying risks, opportunities, and integration requirements across all HR functions
Lead the planning and execution of HR integration activities, ensuring seamless alignment of policies, processes, and people during organizational transitions
Track program performance, monitor KPIs, and report progress to executive stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program management within the HR function
Direct and develop a high-performing project management team dedicated to HR transformation initiatives
Lead an HR communications team to ensure consistent, transparent, and impactful messaging throughout all phases of transformation and integration
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented team culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in HR program management, HR transformation, or related disciplines
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex HR change programs from conception through execution
Strong expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels

Preferred

Demonstrated experience embedding Artificial Intelligence or advanced technologies within HR processes and programs
Hands-on involvement in HR due diligence and post-merger integration (M&A) activities
Experience in designing or revamping talent programs, incentive structures, or career frameworks for large or complex organizations
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in HR or Organizational Psychology) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PMP, Prosci)
