Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Technical Document & Content Writer Analyst to develop and update essential documentation for finance and operations. The role involves creating user guides, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.

Responsibilities

Develop and update user guides, SOPs, process flows, wikis, and training materials for finance, operations, vendor, asset, and data management
Document vendor onboarding, contract/PO management, supply chain, and asset lifecycle (acquisition to retirement)
Maintain change management and governance process docs, including compliance and audit requirements
Create and manage business data definitions, data catalog entries, and certification process documentation
Prepare executive summaries (TLDRs), reporting templates, and roadmaps for leadership and team use
Ensure all documentation is logically organized, easily discoverable, and regularly updated

Required

Bachelor's in Finance, Business, IT, Data Management, English, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in technical writing, financial/business operations, or data management
Strong understanding of finance, vendor, asset, change, governance, and data documentation
Excellent written communication and organizational skills
Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs, Wikis, Data Catalogs)

Preferred

Experience in tech or software environments
Familiarity with FP&A, asset/data management systems, and reporting tools
Basic knowledge of data governance and analytics
