Responsibilities
Logging, tracking and resolving an average of 30 to 40 customer interactions per day
Acting as the customer advocate for problem resolution
Demonstrating intermediate-advanced trouble-shooting skills
Handling, diagnosing, and resolving end user calls in a single point of contact help desk environment
Providing assistance to other members of the team
Qualification
Required
Intermediate-advanced trouble-shooting skills
Experience handling, diagnosing, and resolving end user calls in a single point of contact help desk environment
Ability to log, track and resolve an average of 30 to 40 customer interactions per day
Acting as the customer advocate for problem resolution
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Word; both troubleshooting and formatting
Familiarity with NetDocuments (a DMS, Document Management System)
Experience with mobile devices
