Responsibilities

Perform and manage key fund accounting processes, including cash reconciliations, transaction recording, interest calculations, invoicing, and fund-level reporting
Support accurate month-end close, financial reporting, and tax filings
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance workflows, systems, and reporting processes
Contribute to ongoing operational improvements in a technology-forward environment

Required

4–6 years of strong Fund Accounting experience at a Fund or Fund Administrator
Experience reading contracts— ideally lending agreements
Experience with accounting software; NetSuite experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up their sleeves
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while thriving in a collaborative team
Passion for learning, problem-solving, and understanding how your work connects to the bigger picture
CPA is a plus

Preferred

Private credit or real estate private equity (ideal)
Other relevant fund accounting experience considered, including private equity (open or closed-end), mutual funds (within private credit or real estate PE), or hedge funds (especially hybrid funds)
