Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Corporate Executive and Regional Business Leaders
Manage Growth Initiative workstreams. Run weekly project meetings to ensure activities stay on track
Assist in developing, leading, and implementing strategic and operational initiatives. Enhance revenue growth and/or improve operating margins
Review and analyze financial and operating reports. Participate in monthly forecasting and performance review calls
Communicate and present findings to Corporate Executives and Regional Executives
Analyze Sales and Operations models. Includes modeling potential propose revenue and expense upsides

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college as a rising junior, senior, or recent college graduate
Exceptionally strong analytical ability, communication skills, and work ethic
Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
Advanced level of financial analysis, data modeling, and presentation development
Strong technical capabilities including advanced Excel

Preferred

MS SQL / Analysis Services scripting, and business intelligence dashboard modeling (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platform) is a plus
