Responsibilities
Answering inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
Scheduling non-emergency transportation and paratransit services
Verifying eligibility and documenting customer information
Supporting administrative tasks like data entry, ID processing, and reception duties
Maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Assisting with special projects and office coordination as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year of call center experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask between calls and administrative duties
Comfort with data entry, faxing, and tracking documentation
A proactive, organized, and compassionate approach to helping others
