Responsibilities

Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and beyond
Serve as a key partner and advocate for the AMER region, building strong stakeholder relationships and talent pipelines across local markets
Support recruitment efforts in EMEA and collaborate cross-regionally to meet global hiring needs
Use creative and targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage top commercial talent across multiple markets
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer close
Partner with People & Culture to share market insights, strengthen Talon.One’s employer brand, and improve recruitment workflows
Leverage market intelligence and data to inform decision-making and hiring strategy
Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of the hiring process

Required

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in hiring for GTM roles at high-growth companies
Deep understanding of GTM organizational and market dynamics
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - able to influence at all levels
A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to guide strategy
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple competing priorities
Proven ability to run executive-level searches from sourcing through to close

Preferred

Previous experience hiring at a B2B SaaS company is a big plus
