Design-Build Project Manager
Horrocks is a leading company in the Mountain West region, focused on innovative design-build solutions. As a Design-Build Project Manager, you will lead cross-discipline engineering teams and manage client and agency coordination for various transportation projects.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-discipline engineering teams for Transportation (freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural highways, and shared use facilities) DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects
Primary contact for construction client and owner agency coordination
Lead stakeholder management and subconsultant coordination
Responsible for pursuit and project engineering scope, schedule, and budget performance
Work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
Ability and commitment to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, staff, and management
Proven history of meeting project budgets and deadlines
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in highway infrastructure design
10+ years of design and/or project manager experience
5+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
Must be able to work effectively as a team leader in a group environment and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels
Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred
Current PE license, preferred state(s): UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
