Program Manager- Supports Coordination
Familylinks, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight in service delivery. The role involves supervising Supports Coordinators, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing program services through quality improvement strategies.

Responsibilities
Provide supervision to Supports Coordinators in the delivery of services
Ensure program staff complete required training in accordance with regulation, agency and program standards including securing appropriate resources to ensure training and growth of staff occurs
Approve all staff expenses, timecards and time off requests within a timely fashion (24-hour turnaround)
Responsible for personnel management, performance reviews, competency development, and coaching of staff
Direct the internal delivery of services to maximize efficiency and the highest standard of practice while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Participate in the development of the annual program operating budget and operate programs in accordance with established budget parameters in all areas
In collaboration with the SCU Director, develop and implement plans to expand program services and locations
Improve program services through quality improvement strategies, and development of program goals; monitor to ensure established goals are achieved
Participate in agency after hours and manager of the day on call rotation
Assist in emergency situations with clients/staff
Attend all meetings, training and supervision as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice or other related social sciences; and two years' experience as a Supports Coordinator; or have a combination of experience and education equaling at least six years of experience in public or private social work including at least 24 college-level credit hours in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology or other related social science
Candidates must have knowledge of Pennsylvania's intellectual disability and autism service system which includes successful completion of: Person-Centered Thinking training, Person-Centered Planning training
Carries no permanent caseload or has three or fewer participants
A valid driver's license and access to an automobile for agency business are required
Proficiency with MS Office, computer/laptop, tablet and cell phone required
Preferred
Prior supervision experience is highly desirable but not required
