Responsibilities
Assist in project scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
Monitor job costs, production rates, and material quantities
Keep quality, safety, and spec compliance on point
Support field operations and lead communication between office, field, and owner teams
Own pieces of the job while preparing to lead the full build
Qualification
Required
3+ years in heavy civil or heavy highway construction (Mass grading, earthwork, drainage, utilities, etc.)
Proven experience supporting field crews, tracking quantities, or running scopes
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Hunger to grow into full PM authority
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus
