Responsibilities
Proven hands-on experience delivering LLM and RAG applications in production
Strong experience with GenAI Ops, guardrails, and AI observability
Hands-on experience with LangChain
Experience with the OpenAI API, including chat completions and embeddings
Knowledge of TensorRT and vLLM
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Experience using LLMs as Judges / SLMs for evaluation and compliance metrics
Hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes
Experience optimizing inference latency and performance
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
