Inside Sales Representative
Lee Enterprises is a major subscription and advertising platform and a leading provider of local news and information. They are seeking Inside Sales professionals to sell print and online solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, focusing on both outbound and inbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Achieve Sales & Revenue Objectives
Secure new and past clients through outbound efforts, pipeline management and cadence adherence
Serve inbound leads and deliver solutions that will meet their needs
Strong and consistent follow-up to meet business needs and customer satisfaction
Meet expectations of CRM utilization
Contribute to a positive working environment
Demonstrate an ability to think creatively and communicate effectively internally and externally
Work with clients delivering accurate and timely solutions
Regularly manage client relationships
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Advertising or equivalent combination of work-related experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Well organized, detail oriented and excellent follow-through
Have a dedicated and driven work ethic
Knowledge of basic computer programs – Outlook, Excel, Word
Prior experience in utilizing CRM system(s)
