Qualification
Required
Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of property markets and regulations
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Knowledge of Real Property laws and practices for seamless transaction management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of organization and accountability
A valid real estate broker license is required
Preferred
Prior experience in commercial or residential property sales is a plus
Familiarity with real estate software tools and platforms is advantageous
