The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining custom software, as well as generating documentation and executing test codes for performance characterization.

Responsibilities

Ability to integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software
Generate documentation for the full software stack
Update software for sustainment support
Basic Linux system administration skills and shell scripting
Execute test codes for characterization of software performance
Experience using the Unix command line
Experience writing scripts using Bash/Python
Experience with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Unix environment
Experience compiling and installing programming languages such as Perl, Python, C
Experience with interacting with customers

Required

Must be a U.S. citizen and currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance with full scope polygraph
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and at least six (6) years of experience
Five (5) years full time related work experience can be substituted for the degree

Preferred

Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
General high performance computing technical knowledge regarding compute, network, memory, and storage components
Familiarity with SQL databases
