Initiate genuine, customer-facing interactions with a primary focus on presenting and selling Frontier's residential telecom packages

Provide an outstanding customer experience by understanding individual needs and offering tailored solutions

Actively promote and sell value-added services and upgrades to existing and new customer bases

Address customer inquiries with expertise, turning potential challenges into opportunities for trust-building and sales

Master product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and technical details in an easily understandable way

Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM

Strive to achieve personal and team sales quotas through persuasive communication and expert consultation

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in every interaction
