Area Sales Manager
Servotech Renewable Power System Limited is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to strengthen their South Region channel sales network. The role involves driving secondary sales, developing channel partners, expanding market presence, and achieving regional revenue targets within the Solar / Renewable Energy sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers within the assigned territory
Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Appoint new channel partners and expand market reach
Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotions in the region
Conduct dealer meets, training programs, and promotional activities
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics
Ensure timely collection, credit control, and inventory management
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, service) for smooth operations
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS regularly
Qualification
Required
Strong Channel Sales background (mandatory)
Proven track record in territory handling and channel expansion
Experience in managing distributors, dealers, EPCs
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region
Graduate in any discipline (MBA – Sales/Marketing preferred)
5–10 years of relevant experience in channel sales
Preferred
Solar / Renewable Energy industry experience preferred
Exposure to solar modules, inverters, EPC sales, or allied electrical products is an advantage
