Serving as a support resource for the Agency Open Records Officer (AORO)

Providing essential analytical and technical assistance within the Department’s Records Management program

Involved in various tasks related to the storage and retrieval of records

Ensuring that the processes are efficient and compliant with relevant regulations

Engage in other related duties that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the records management system

Required

One year of experience as an Administration and Management Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) performing technical management analysis work

One year of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree

Any equivalent combination of experience and training

This particular position requires the possession of an active non-commercial Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License or equivalent
