Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the buying and selling process
Assist buyers and sellers in property search, pricing, negotiation, and transaction coordination
Conduct market research and comparative analyses to help clients make informed decisions
Create and implement personalized marketing strategies for listings, including open houses and online promotions
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company standards
Collaborate with mortgage, title, and other industry professionals to close transactions smoothly
Qualification
Required
Valid Ohio real estate license or willingness to obtain licensure promptly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed client expectations
Reliable internet and technology proficiency (MLS, CRM tools, email, mobile apps)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
Knowledge of the Chagrin and Northeast Ohio real estate markets
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
