Responsibilities
Consulting with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
Seeking breakthrough ideas through creative application of existing and emerging technologies
Supporting the legacy MES platform while standardizing and improving it for long-term scalability and efficiency
Designing, developing, and supporting solutions leveraging .NET frameworks, Azure services, and modern integration patterns
Deploying, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based and on-prem solutions to ensure high availability for plant operations
Collaborating with global teams to integrate systems and deliver value-added enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 5+ years of professional experience
Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), database design and access (Oracle, SQL Server)
Preferred
Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Identity)
Familiarity with modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, and microservices architecture
Ability to assess emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges
Experience with testing frameworks and tools for .NET applications (e.g., NUnit/MSTest, Postman, Azure DevOps test plans)
Working knowledge of secure coding standards and application security testing tools (e.g., Checkmarx)
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean principles
Understanding of manufacturing processes and aligning technology with business goals
