Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the configuration experience within Fabric Manager, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
Build deep customer intimacy by understanding pain points and translating them into actionable use cases and product requirements
Write clear, concise, and complete requirements, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding and successful delivery
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product direction and maintain a leading edge
Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap communication across internal teams and external partners, including customers and channel partners
Lead the release planning process from initial planning through to delivery
Serve as an advocate for Gigamon’s business and value proposition within the organization and to the broader market
Coordinate and collaborate with a distributed team, with key focus areas in California and India
Qualification
Required
15+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of building GUI/UI enterprise products in the networking domain
Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and Asana
Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from launch through iteration to end-of-sale, end-of-life, and support
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business requirements effectively
Extensive experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams across multiple time zones
Preferred
Portfolio of past work (e.g., product links, videos) is highly desirable
