Responsibilities

Draft complex estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

Advise clients on various estate planning strategies, including tax planning, asset protection, and charitable giving

Handle all aspects of trust administration, including asset allocation, tax filings, and distributions to beneficiaries

Represent clients in probate proceedings, including preparing and filing court documents, managing estate assets, and resolving disputes

Conduct legal research and analysis on complex estate planning issues

Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals

Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service

Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base

Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
